You need to offer your cat a toy for a simple reason- to make them happy. They have been the one that fills up your day but you also need to do something for them to make them happy. Cats do love to play and when you are not there they do feel bored. The cat toy will help them to ease their boredom. When you are not in the house your cat will hunt for it, chase after it, or hop on it.
Cats are natural hunters and they would love to play with something. If they can’t find anything they will search around the house to see what else are there to play with. You might have notice the eye of the cats are constantly on some moving objects which they would pounce anytime. Remember that giving them a toy will keep your cat out of trouble. Otherwise they will start scratching your curtains, sofas or scatter all your woollen thread balls.
Things to remember
Whenever you buy a toy make sure you make them cat-proof. Remove any feather, eyes, ribbons, string or any small parts that are there in the toy. This is important as your cat might swallow the tiny parts or get trap with the strings.
The toys that you buy should be washable and made from non toxic substance. Do not buy toys that are filled with polystyrene beads or nutshells. Most cats also don’t find rigid toys fun or attractive.
If possible don’t buy cat’s toy that are quite small. The cats might swallow them and since it is indigestible, it may create problem for your cat.

This will interest them as well as offer challenges. See them running around the toy chasing them all way and day long. This will also make them fit and ease their boredom.

Cats love to play with anything that dangles. You must have notice it when your cat plays around the string or anything that lay dangling around the house. A dangling toy is a must for every cat to play with. Hang it in the doorknob or anywhere where your cat can reach it. There are lot of attractive dangling cat’s toy which will excite your cat fully.
Catnip body pillow
Your cat would love to play with the pillow as well as sleep with it. This toy is perfect for licking, kicking and tumbling. Most pillow toys are made from strong fabrics and are washable so it will last for a long time. It is available in different prints and attractive colours for your cat.
